Why You Need to Be Hard on Yourself Now?
Conflicts call for change
1. Conflicts Are Unavoidable
We’re all conflict-averse, constantly evading confrontations.
And it seems like the right thing to do.
Suppressing our self-interests to focus on a common goal fosters seamless collaboration. But sometimes, conflicts are bound to happen. And sidestepping them only amplifies their destructiveness.
Love blinds you from seeing what’s wrong. Love makes you go for it no matter how many warning signs tell you it will fail.
You become so consumed by your projections that you miss the warning signs right in front of you. But you can’t cure love. It’s rooted in you.
Projects, people, moments… You’re bound to be blinded by this emotion, whether you like it or not.
Your only indicator is outside.
2. Nobody Like Conflicts
The people you’ll bring onto your delusional path will never tell you their thoughts right at the beginning. They’ll cling to the hope of change.
Little by little, as your obsession persists, it will foster frustration and anger until it reaches the point of no return.
The final straw… That seemingly innocent thing can cause them to snap. It’s brutal.
Why do they get suddenly angry? What happened?
3. A Call for Change
Most people don’t acknowledge such behavior. They think it’s temporary. They think it’s because they were in a bad mood.
But let me tell you the truth.
Most of the time, such excesses are the result of small disappointments that have piled up over time.
This is a sign that rot is spreading beneath the surface. It means that a CHANGE has to happen.
If you stay in your head and ignore such warning signs, you’re setting yourself up for a bigger crisis and a violent return to reality in the end. Even in your passion understand that conflicts are never avoided, only delayed for the worst.
If they break, it’s a wake-up call that demands IMMEDIATE ACTION.
Slumbering in passivity, hoping that things will return to how you envision them, is simply deceiving yourself. And deep down you know it. But you don’t act because it’s too hard.
Because you’re a coward.
4. Out of Control
Do you know what kind of life awaits cowards? A life stripped of ownership and control.
Everything you do makes you feel like you’re in control, until that breaking point when reality comes knocking at your door.
All your aspirations,
All your hopes,
All your pleasures,
After enduring prolonged pain, they will be abruptly taken away from you.
If you strip away reality, be prepared to watch it galloping back. If you don’t act harshly on yourself when life gives you the chance to do it, someone or something else will take your place.
Don’t see it as a fatality but as an opportunity. You hold the power to grasp these clues and alleviate the agony of the inevitable fate that looms over you.
Conflicts showing up are the clues.
It’s up to you to seize them.
